  • Delivery times will vary every order; we do our best to provide the most accurate shipping estimates at invoicing, and can provide tracking numbers on most orders.

    NOTE that we cannot guarantee delivery dates, so if you have a firm date we may not be able to accommodate.

  • Depending on the type of printing you’re looking for (screen-printing, DTF, embroidery, etc) the file type needed can change.

    The most common files we need are vectorized files (.ai or .svg from Adobe Illustrator), raw Photoshop files (.ps), or PDFs formatted for printing.

    All files should have 300dpi quality at mininum

  • We only ship inside Canada for most orders as we source from Canadian vendors, but if we can source from the U.S.A. we’re glad to ship there!

    Unfortunately we don’t ship anywhere else.

  • We have a standard processing fee of 3% on credit card transactions.

    Setup fees sometimes exist (product-dependent) but are generally lowered on repeat orders

  • Yes! Before production, we’ll reach out to you with a proof for your approval on most products.

    (Note that this can be waived for rush orders)

  • Depending on the size of the order we can provide samples! This is decided on a case-by-case basis; most samples are provided free of charge but will depend on the items.

  • We can do PMS colour matching on most printing, to ensure your brand kit stays consistent. Let us know during the quote process if this is something you need!

  • Shipping can be completed through every major shipping company; options will be discussed during the quote phase if you’d like to use a specific company and method, otherwise we’ll use the most cost-effective choice.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

    For Canadian customers we also accept payments through Interac e-transfer which will waive the 2.5% credit card processing fee
