2.3. Pricing: Prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order. All prices are listed in $CAD (Canadian Dollar).

3.2. Delivery Time: Shipping times vary by destination. Most domestic orders arrive within 7-15 business days.

3.5. No Guarantees: BrandView Solutions cannot guarantee delivery times.

3.6. Ownership and Risk: Ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the items have been delivered.

BrandView Solutions may make minor adjustments to your artwork for print or production purposes, without altering the core design.

To fulfill your order, we may share your artwork with trusted third-party providers, but only for that purpose. We will not use or share your artwork for other reasons without your consent.

We do not claim ownership of your artwork, and it will be stored but can be deleted upon request. We reserve the right to refuse content that violates this policy.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1. We may use third-party services (e.g., printers or shipping providers) to fulfill orders. By placing an order, you consent to your information and artwork being shared with these third parties for fulfillment purposes.

7.2. BrandView Solutions is not liable for any errors, delays, or damages caused by third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. BrandView Solutions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
